CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Tabletop Enclave, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring that your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable. To help us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling process, please read and understand our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1 - Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, due to the nature of our services, we require advanced notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a disruption in our schedule. Please adhere to the following guidelines:


  • Cancellations More Than 8 Hours in Advance: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 8 hours before the scheduled time. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online through our booking system and incur no penalties.
  • Cancellations Less Than 8 Hours in Advance: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 8 hours of the scheduled time, your booking credit may not be refunded. You may still reschedule your appointment online through our booking system and incur no penalties.
  • No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled booking without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost (either in USD or booking credtis). A "no-show" is considered a missed booking without any prior communication or cancellation.


2 - REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure that every client is satisfied with our services. However, we do not typically offer refunds for services rendered, except in the following circumstances:


  • Service Not Provided as Booked: If the service is not provided as agreed upon (e.g., an error in service delivery, inadequate service), we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include offering a re-service, a partial refund, or other appropriate remedies.
  • Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.


If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an issue with the service you received, please contact us within 72 hours from the date of your scheduled time. We will review your concern and determine the appropriate resolution.


3 - How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the following methods:


  • Online: Visit our Member Mobile App to manage your appointments, including cancellations and rescheduling.
  • By Phone: Call us at 206-237-3900 to speak with a representative.
  • By Email: Email us at huzzah@tabletop-enclave.com with your cancellation or rescheduling request.


Please ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us to ensure your request has been processed.


4 - Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to make your appointment due to illness, family emergency, or other valid reasons, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.

We will make every effort to inform you of any updates or changes, but it is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
