As part of our commitment to inclusion, safety and NeuroEmpathy, we're continually working to improve our understanding of our members' needs. If there are specific things we should know about how best to support your child(ren) during their visit, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
We want to hear from you too! If there's a game you love that we don't have; if you have ideas for how to make the Tabletop Enclave experience even better; or if there are specific things we should know about how best to support you during your visit, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Being a kid is a journey of learning and growth, and at our core, we are committed to fostering an environment where our members can embrace mistakes as opportunities for improvement. Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and try again—because, at the heart of gaming, it's not about perfection, but about learning from each challenge and becoming better together.
Tabletop Enclave is committed to providing a caring, responsive, and safe environment that is free of discrimination, violence, and bullying.
When a problem occurs, we will work to understand the problem from all sides and determine if it is bullying. Parents will be contacted in situations that involved bullying or harassment. When appropriate, a plan will be implemented with the member and their caregiver to in order to maintain a safe environment for all. If it continues, the member may not be permitted to return.
We ask everyone to be mindful of how they interact with others, and to speak up if they witness bullying or harassment. Together, we can create a space where everyone feels valued and welcome.
Banter is the playful and friendly exchange of teasing remarks. True banter involves mutual participation and understanding and avoids trying to be deliberately hurtful.
